Green Energy Trading at GREEN:EXPO in Kiev

On 9-10 April 2025, Green Energy Trading representatives attended the prestigious GREEN:EXPO in Kiev - the only trade fair of its kind in Ukraine, which regularly showcases leading players in the renewable and decentralised energy sector. The event was attended by more than 75 companies, including 9 foreign exhibitors - and our company could not be missing among them.
We also combined our participation with discovering historic Kiev. We visited the 11th-century St. Sophia Cathedral, which now serves as a museum, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of Ukraine, the Golden Gate, which was one of the three gates of the Kiev fortifications during the 11th century, St. Andrew's Cathedral and the area around the monumental statue of Mother Ukraine. The statue, which stands over the Ukrainian capital Kiev, is part of the National Ukrainian Museum of World War II. In addition to the sights, we enjoyed Ukrainian cuisine in traditional restaurants.
As official distributors of KSTAR, we met with the brand's Ukrainian partners before the fair started. Throughout the fair, we worked closely together and presented KSTAR's cutting-edge battery systems. These products impressed the visitors especially with their competitiveness in terms of price and performance. Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of using these battery systems in energy-efficient buildings, in charging infrastructure and for supplying cities and municipalities with renewable energy.
Participants at the fair showed great interest not only in KSTAR, but also in other products on offer, such as panels from Canadian Solar and Jolywood.
The photovoltaic panels from Canadian Solar and Jolywood were also very popular. The Jolywood panels were a novelty for many visitors. On the occasion of the fair, we announced the establishment of cooperation with this leading Chinese company, whose headquarters we visited in June 2024. We learned about their advanced technologies and modern automated production. To date, we have sold more than 20 containers with a total capacity of over 5.8 MW, and in April 2025 we became an official authorized distributor of Jolywood.
The second day of the exhibition was dedicated to business meetings with our partners and clients, during which we made new connections and gained valuable inspiration for further development. At the end of the day, we were proud to receive our participation award and become the European partner of GREEN:EXPO.
