New series of solar panels CS 6.2 Canadian Solar is continually developing new technologies that deliver better efficiency, higher performance and longer life. One such innovation is Canadian Solar's new 6.2 series of solar panels, the successor to the CS 6.1 series.
The Canadian Solar 6.2 series brings many benefits. By using a different stringing than before, these panels have a lower current, just 11A. This brings compatibility with 99.5% of all inverters and optimizers.
Another improvement is the higher resistance to snow and wind loads, up to 6000 Pa for snow and 4000 Pa for wind. They have also been tested for resistance to 35mm diameter hail to meet the IEC 61215 standard.
