Each panel undergoes 2 EL (Electro Luminescence) tests during the production process. The EL test can identify problems that are not detectable with standard visual inspection, power measurement, or IR testing. In particular, it is possible to identify micro cracks, degradation, and shunted area on cells. We keep a record of the EL test for every panel. Each Amerisolar panel has been strictly tested, and only 100% qualified products can be shipped to you.
